Pre-requisites for attendance:

• Be a professional member of the Abdominal Therapy Collective (ATC)
• Have completed Abdominal Therapy for Professionals Part 1& 2 (ATP1, ATP2)
• This class is open to people who have taken other professional-level classes based on Dr. Rosita Arvigo’s Abdominal Therapy work.
• You will need to attend ATC’s Virtual Homestudy beforehand.

More About this Class

We are very lucky to have the Maestra herself teaching her techniques October 2025 in Corfu, Greece.

This class is a bodywork class which builds upon the anterior and posterior Abdominal Therapy techniques based on the teachings of Dr. Rosita Arvigo. We will weave our craft as practitioners of Abdominal Therapy by deepening our knowledge of the abdominal organs and the structures that support them. ATP+ gives you new assessments and structural and facial release maneuvers that address back pain, as well as abdominal and pelvic organ position and congestion.

You will learn:

• To assess the sternum, sacrum, coccyx and sacral ligaments.
• How to treat sacral and coccygeal alignment using soft tissue rehabilitative techniques
• To enhance haemodynamics and homeostasis of the abdominal and pelvic organs with advanced side-lying techniques
• About the impact of surgical procedures, scar repair, and adhesions
• How to develop and implement a treatment plan based on the client’s Health Story and goals

Meals:

• There will be 4 vegetarian lunches created by our local chef, the owner and chef of our local award winning restaurant, Strivodikion.
• There are 2 good Tavernas a 15 minute walk in the village of Kalafationes and Viros for those that want to venture out for dinner.
• Lunches are included for the 4 days of class. Coffee, teas, and snacks will be provided.
• We’ll make every attempt to meet your dietary needs to the best of our ability.
• Please let us know if you follow certain strict restrictions well in advance.
• We require at least 2 weeks’ notice to plan and prepare for your needs.
• We’re unable to accommodate last minute requests.

Accommodations:
The cost is €50 per night per person for single and double rooms.

Villa Zoe:
My home has 2 double bedrooms.

Marias House:
100 meters from the class. Maria has 2 bedrooms, one with a queenside bed and one with 2 single beds.

Villa Tasia:
A 5 minute walk away. This is a 4 bedroom house. Two bedrooms have double beds and two bedrooms have single beds.

Camping:
The cost is €20 per person per night.
You are welcome to bring your tent to stay in the garden.
You will have use of the Studio bathroom and shower as well as the main house or guest apartment kitchen.
